It would be interesting to me to read about the upper levels of the model. One challenge when you transition past even the 5% is it’s rare to find those that you can share similar experiences with.

Hi, Eva. Yes, it often takes some searching to find others we can discuss these ideas and experiences with. Seems like it would be the most fascinating topic in the world, but most don't have much interest.

It’s not possible to understand unless you’ve experienced it.

I’m really curious why you have the top three levels laid out that way as love, then bliss, then enlightenment. I’m wondering how those terms are defined within this context? I think the term “enlightenment” can be defined so many ways, but I don’t understand placing other levels of consciousness above “love”.

I’ve been going through my own experience of living as love in human form, and it’s based on being the being that is through the human loving. The being is entirely loving, always at peace, and never in fear. The being isn’t in ego, but ego (defined as the concept of a human that is separate from source) is like a frame through which awareness experiences. Living as being through human there is no ego being experienced.

As there is more steadiness with living as being through human without ego, then skills of mastery may be learned (which is what Jesus displayed as walking on water etc.).

So I’m wondering about this map, where it came from, and what it means.

The framework comes from Tara Springett's wonderful book The Stairway to Heaven. I can't really speak to the highest levels as I'm certainly not there; however I think the "love" phase is when the ability to love all and everything "as is" comes online, and then remains with us into the bliss and enlightenment stages. (Transcend and include.) So love only grows as we move into bliss and enlightenment, or at least that would be my interpretation.

Fascinating. I’ve definitely experienced the ability to love all and everything as is, and it’s increased in stability and continuity. It seems most heightened in extreme circumstances — when my ex-husband screamed at me last summer all kinds of obscenities and accusations in a fast food parking lot, I felt my insides turning into love, and every bit of the angry energy didn’t affect me at all, except to call for that experience of love, so that at the end of it all I could say was “I love you”. It was super profound.

And there was an experience in 2020 when maybe this ability was coming online when I stopped at a highway intersection and saw multiple political signs for diametrically opposed candidates, and I just loved all of them.

But I might feel more frustrated by little things still? Not sure as I rarely think about it.

Yesterday I felt tension with my daughter creating a disturbance at my other daughter’s play. There was some resistance around it, and around her dad’s response. There seems to have also been some acceptance and allowing of her condition, and it feels like my resistance was more to her dad than to her disturbance, but I also felt really uncomfortable that her noise was disturbing the focus of the other parents watching the play.

I had already decided to take her out and made an agreement with her dad to do so, but he didn’t end up supporting it, so in that moment, I think I mostly felt irritated towards him.

So that’s an example where I wasn’t in pure love and acceptance in the moment of the situation. So it feels like stepping into this fully has been a process for me.

I could add that reflecting back on the scenario from yesterday, there's love and acceptance of the human's own resistance, not a sense of shame. There's more curiosity about it. It's just accepted as part of our experience of living through the human, and then the irritation and frustration that occurred is observed, but there's not the "second arrow" really.

I loved reading this! Models and maps of consciousness can be incredibly helpful for us making sense of an evolving experience while laying out what may lay ahead. I appreciate your support of my work and am glad you're sharing your experience with others! It's great stuff
