This is a great menu of bite-size daily practices. One that I might add is some form of walking meditation. We all walk every day, even if it’s only a few minutes down the road or through a parking lot. It’s a great opportunity to tune into the present moment.
Another gem, thank you. I look forward to reading more about the really wild stuff and more about your journey with someone who is much further on the path.
This is why karma yoga is such a game changer for me.
The concept of karma yoga means working and dedicating that work solely to God. The idea is you are owed the fruits of your work but not the fruit because God is the controller or doer. This leaves you feeling spiritually connected no matter where you go or what you do.
I personally:
1. Dedicate every excellent action to god or goddess after I perform it.
2. See the person in front of me as the deity (because we all contain divine essence)
3. Actively practice Neti-neti to strip away base concepts of the self.

I love this post, thank you for sharing.
This is helpful. Thanks.
Thank you…!
Wonderful. A nice antidote to the guilt based traditions and type A all or nothing practices that I can fall into.
