There is so much to love about what you have written - but what I am most struck by is the undercurrent of radiant Hope that unfolds as we undertake this most astonishing journey. Thank you as always for sharing.

Oh man, what a great phrase… “Undercurrent of radiant Hope“. Bhodi , can’t believe I’m saying this, but looking forward to seeing how we may have been friends in past lives!

Strange, or maybe, just unexpected. I went to Substack tonight looking for EXACTLY this. I’m in. And Tom Morgan is a jewel.

Fantastic read! I’m resonating with your journey on so many levels.

I had the strange experience of being a being raised a Catholic who always knew about the truth of reincarnation. This is because my grandmother and my father were told by multiple psychics that I had the soul of a child that my grandmother had lost. As a result, it is part of my karma that I am much closer with my aunts and uncles and with my grandmother than any of my cousins, and have been a bit of a bridge between those generations. That knowledge led me to wrestle with questions around consciousness and existence from a very young age.

This also resonates because about four years ago when I moved out of New York City to the Hudson Valley, I was lamenting the existence (or lack thereof) of spiritual community in my town. My aunt who is also on the path, told me that rather than complaining about it I should just start to put something out there and see what happens. So I did and now I’ve been teaching meditation in my town for over a year and we have 50 people in a WhatsApp group called Spiritual Swap Meet where we gather at least once a month to share and discuss wisdom traditions!

But this also resonates as I’m wrestling with some questions and my sub stack Journey. This mystical side of me is absolutely something that wants to be given some airtime and come through, but since I am writing publicly right now I’ve only felt comfortable alluding to some of these beliefs and practices. Everything you write so far has felt like a remembrance to me as well or is an expression of something that has been on my mind. I’d like to give those thoughts more airtime, but there’s a piece of me that’s worried about not just alienating my “audience” (all 200 of them LOL) but putting all my weirdo spiritual beliefs out there publicly. And yet I sense that this might also be the path I’m being invited to step into…

Thank you for sharing, Allie. You have several posts to be written just in these stories alone:)

And bravo to the community you're already creating. I believe that as you share more and more of your truth you'll begin to see that while it may be too much for a handful of people, it will also resonate deeply for many others, including your existing readers and new folks who find you.

Anytime I lose a subscriber or two in the first hour of posting an article I know it's gonna be popular. I think many people are farther along than we realize and if we lead with love then they'll probably bear with us, even if they don't totally agree with what we've written in a particular post.

I'm also quite gentle in the amount of info I share. My actual insights and experiences are generally 6-12 months ahead of what I'm writing about bc I'm so methodical about bringing folks along with me, often circling back to previous articles and concepts multiple times.

Timely post for me, as I embark on my own study (and remembering) of mysticism. Not a coincidence. Thank you for this.

Try the gnostic gospels for more Christian mysticism.
